Our organization are looking for nurses who are passionate for the job. Applicants need to have high empathy for the patients, as they will need to care for physiological, psychological, and emotional issues for the patients.
You are to visit cancer patients in their homes, treat basic symptoms and assess their condition. The objective of this job is to improve the quality of life of patients who no longer respond to curative treatment for their life-limiting disease.
If you do not have necessary experience in palliative care, training will be provided.
Technical Skills or Particular Experience:
Must possess Degree, or equivalent, in medical care.
Must also possess own transport, as you are to visit patients daily.
Mature, with good personality and initiative.
Self-motivated nurses are needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be a major advantage.
Fluent in English, Malay, and if possible, Mandarin.

PCAJB is an established non-profit organization in Johor Bahru incorporated since 2007.
We provide palliative care by visiting cancer patients in their homes. The essential practices of palliative care are to assess and treat basic physical symptoms, address psychological, emotional issues and care planning for the patient. It is improving the quality of life of patient where their life-limiting disease no longer responds to curative treatment.
Our organisation is growing and we need motivated people to join us to provide community service to the public.
