You will be working with the call center dept. The main responsibility is to handle GL (guarantee letter) issuance to patients upon discharge.
Other responsibilities include assessing admission/discharge case accordance to the Insurance policy claims, ensure all documents are complete with patients info, issue GL via requests coming in from fax/email/phonecalls, and followup with hospital on documents (breakdown bill, dosage of medications, etc.)

Technical Skills or Particular Experience:
- Diploma/Degree holders with Nursing/Medical Science/Health Admin/Biomedical background
- Good communication skills.
- Possess proficiency in computer skills.
- Read/Write Bahasa Malaysia and English with meticulous detail
- Willingness to work late/shift work as required
- Possess own transport
